Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities Facilitate requirements workshops for large projects. Define requirements and test cases using structured methodologies. Lead documentation of requirements, test cases, use cases, and design thinking exercises. Provide written and verbal updates on projects and solutions to IT and business management. Consult with internal partners regarding technology and process solutions. Facilitate finding, developing viable technology solutions for partners by working with teammates, IT groups, external service providers, and partners. Provide guidance to internal partners by understanding existing software systems and evaluating how they can support future needs. Interface with internal partners, IT groups, and external service providers to implement new systems, modify existing systems, and provide system maintenance support. Provide application and system support for multiple systems used by internal partners. Support projects and troubleshooting efforts. Perform Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance control execution and evidence gathering. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or computer engineering. 5+ years of experience supporting technology projects and applications as a senior business analyst. Experience developing process maps, gathering requirements, with an emphasis on application testing. Follow formal change management policies. Experience as lead BSA on capital projects and Operations & Maintenance efforts for multiple client areas. Ability to provide second and third-level support for inquiries submitted to the IT Help Line. Data analysis experience troubleshooting application tasks. Experience working with compliance and regulations (NERC CIP, SOX, etc.) is desirable.
