Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized client-centered treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs.
\n
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes and session records for compliance and quality assurance.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients' mental health status and relevant history.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices to foster client growth.

• Participate in individual supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and continue personal professional development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Commitment to compliance with internal credentialing requirements within the clinical setting.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals struggling with substance use issues.
\n
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and delivery of individual and group therapy.
\n
• Demonstrable computer literacy, with basic keyboarding skills required for electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth modalities and remote client engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and the ability to maintain comprehensive client records.

• Knowledge of community resources available for mental health support and client referrals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
