Shelter Community Lead - Case Management & Partnerships

Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Community Coordinator Team Lead to provide direct services and supervision at the Men’s Shelter. You will guide case management to help participants exit homelessness and improve internal and external communications and performance data.
