A growing manufacturing facility in De Soto, KS is hiring dependable Press Feeders for a 12-hour night shift position. This is a physically demanding role with strong long-term career potential for candidates interested in advancing into 2nd Pressman and 1st Pressman opportunities.
Schedule & Pay:
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Schedule includes 2 weekdays plus rotating weekends (Friday-Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the printing press running efficiently during production runs
- Assist with press setup and preparation for scheduled jobs
- Help maintain proper material flow throughout press runs
- Monitor ink levels and assist the press crew as needed
- Perform light machine maintenance and assist with inventory tasks
- Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong reliability and attendance are essential
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
- Must be comfortable bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
