Customer Support Representative II

Johnston, IA (100% Onsite)

We are seeking Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-paced technical support team supporting customers and dealers with software, technology, and equipment-related inquiries. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and working with technology.

Pay & Benefits

$19.50/hour
Retention bonuses available after 6, 12, and 24 months
Pay increases available after 6, 12, and 24 months
Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
Long-term contract opportunity

Schedule

Candidates must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Shift assignments may vary based on business needs. Training will be conducted on a daytime schedule for approximately 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot software and technical issues
Research solutions and resolve customer concerns
Document all customer interactions within a case management system
Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
Create and maintain online support resources

Qualifications

Customer service, customer support, call center, help desk, or related experience
Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with multiple software systems simultaneously
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms
Experience with data management preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field such as Business, Agriculture, IT, Engineering, Math, Communications, or a related discipline
Agriculture or Precision Farming experience
Dealership or equipment industry experience
Technical certifications or IT-related training
Experience supporting software, technology, or equipment-based products

Important Information

100% onsite position in Johnston, IA
Training and mentoring lasts approximately 6 weeks
No time off is permitted during the training period except for approved excused absences
Strong attendance and punctuality are required
Limited local travel for training events and site visits may occur
Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume customer support environment
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
