This is more than a policy-servicing role. You'll have the opportunity to become a trusted resource for your clients, work closely with carriers and underwriters, and play an important role in helping businesses protect what they've worked hard to build.

If you have 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience, an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and take pride in providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of an established Commercial Lines book of business and serve as a key point of contact for your clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day servicing of an established Commercial Lines book.
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations.
• Review coverage and identify potential gaps or opportunities.
• Work directly with clients, carriers, and underwriters to resolve coverage, billing, claims, and policy issues.
• Market and remarket accounts to find competitive coverage and pricing.
• Prepare proposals, applications, certificates, and other insurance documentation.
• Stay ahead of renewals and proactively communicate with clients.
• Provide knowledgeable, personalized guidance throughout the insurance process.
• Stay current on Florida insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and market conditions.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who knows Commercial Lines insurance and enjoys being the person clients can count on.

Required:

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Lines products and coverage.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage a book of business.
• Comfortable working with agency management systems and Microsoft Office.
