Inbound Sales Representative

To enhance customer experience, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will engage with customers through various communication channels to provide personalized solutions and drive adoption of the company's products while working remotely from Florida. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, chat, email, and text for sales and service inquiries Achieve sales and customer experience goals while maintaining accurate sales database documentation Execute outbound calling campaigns and ensure adherence to performance metrics and attendance requirements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in sales Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proven sales skills with a focus on customer retention and first-call resolution Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
