Marketing and Proposals Specialist
Quick Overview
This role is a blend of marketing coordination, proposal development, and strategic support within the A&E (Architecture & Engineering) industry. The Marketing Coordinator will lead RFQ/SOQ proposal efforts, support business development initiatives, coordinate marketing campaigns, and work closely with leadership and technical teams to position the company for new project wins.
The ideal candidate understands the engineering consulting world, can manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable coordinating between technical staff, leadership, and clients.
This is not a pure social media marketing role. The strongest candidates will come from engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services environments where proposal writing and qualification packages are a major part of the business.
