Wesco is hiring a Specialist - Customer Care in Sacramento, CA to join the Centralized Customer Care team. You will resolve supplier invoice discrepancies, support Accounts Payable, and process offsetting transactions within internal policies and procedures. You will research tariff invoice discrepancies, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Inventory Management, and handle high volumes of issues across branches with timely escalation as needed.
