Data Entry Specialist

A detail-focused data entry professional is needed to support a large-scale legal data validation initiative. This temporary role involves reviewing finalized case files, verifying essential information, and precisely entering data into spreadsheet platforms. Training will be provided to ensure understanding of the validation procedures and decision-making standards. Key Responsibilities Review closed case files to verify the accuracy of closure reasons Validate case details according to provided guidelines (training included) Accurately input and update data within Excel and/or Litify systems Record judicial and other relevant case information Maintain high accuracy levels while meeting productivity goals Adhere to established procedures and quality standards Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Experience with Litify is a plus but not necessary Keen attention to detail with strong discrepancy identification skills Excellent organization and data entry capabilities Ability to quickly grasp new processes and work independently Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with legal data management or similar roles Why This Opportunity May Be Appealing This contract position offers the potential for ongoing employment, with high performers being considered for full-time roles based on their contributions and the company's business needs.
