As Vice President, Commercial Lending at TBK Bank, you’ll guide a talented team, oversee complex loan activities, and help shape the growth of our commercial portfolio—all while making a real difference for our clients and communities.Day in the Life:No two days look exactly the same. You might start your morning meeting with prospective clients to discuss financing options, spend your afternoon reviewing loan applications with your credit team, and end the day strategizing on how to expand into new markets. Along the way, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the bank to ensure clients get the best solutions possible.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and oversee all direct and indirect commercial loan activitiesDevelop and implement lending policies that align with strategic goalsReview and approve loan applications within your authorityNegotiate loan terms with clients, ensuring clear and accurate agreementsMonitor the loan portfolio to maintain strong credit qualityIdentify new market opportunities and grow commercial relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams to meet business development goalsStay up to date on regulatory changes and compliance requirementsRepresent TBK Bank in the local professional and business communityWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance (or equivalent banking experience)7–10 years of commercial lending experience, including complex dealsFormal credit training and strong analytical skillsProven track record of meeting business development goalsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to lead teams, manage priorities, and make sound decisionsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookCall to Action:Apply now and take the next step in your career.
