Sourcing Coordinator

Our client, a global healthcare technology and life sciences services company, is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator for a contract assignment running from mid-September through the end of January. This position is based in Boston, MA and offers $27.50/hour. The role supports vendor management, purchasing, contract administration, and data tracking functions for a growing organization that partners with leading life sciences and healthcare companies worldwide. Responsibilities Process purchase orders and vendor requests Track orders through shipment, delivery, and receipt Maintain vendor contracts, pricing records, and renewal dates Review invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records Follow up on quotes, parts, service reports, and outstanding requests Generate PO numbers and track purchasing activity Assist with reporting, documentation, and sourcing projects Collaborate with internal operations, accounting, and field service teams Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, operations, purchasing, or data coordination experience Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience managing contracts, vendors, or purchasing records preferred Ability to handle high-volume transactional work with accuracy Strong communication and follow-through skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus Must have access to a personal desktop or laptop (PC or Mac) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
