Responsibilities We are currently looking for a Project Superintendent to work the second shift (3pm-11pm) on an Iconic Boston Project. Upon completion of this project, the successful Superintendent will be assigned to days. Our Superintendents have the daily support to excel in their role and make sure all our amazing projects are completed to the highest standard. Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site. Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections. Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project. Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project. Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team. Qualifications 3-5+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor or Construction Manager in both a union and non‑union environment at a general contractor. Experience in managing, training, and developing people. Project experience: Higher Ed. K-12, Commercial, LS, Health Care Project Size 20M-30M Strong communication skills and a desire to grow with a growing organization MA CSL preferred but not required A shift differential pay adjustment may be considered for second- and/or third‑shift work. Salary Range Information Boston Base Salary Range : $105,000 – $180,000 The range stated is specific to New England Placement.
