Overview Title: Product Manager (P4) Location: Remote - USA or Canada Reports to: Product Director, Automotive - Research & Insights Product Portfolio Vacancy: New vacancy The Role: JD Power is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive automotive product strategy, vision, and roadmap by translating customer insights, market research, and business objectives into high-impact initiatives. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize investments, guide delivery, and ensure measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Define and own the automotive retail product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer and business needs into high-impact initiatives across North America and Europe Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align product strategy, priorities, and delivery with business goals Champion customer needs by synthesizing qualitative feedback, market research, and quantitative usage data to guide product direction and investment decisions Set success metrics and define measurable product outcomes; monitor performance and market signals to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Own prioritization and trade-off decisions, providing strategic guidance throughout planning, execution, and delivery to maximize value and ensure quality outcomes Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional delivery Experience with syndicated research products across North America and Europe Proven ability to leverage market research, business intelligence, analytics, and customer insights to drive automotive product decisions across North America and Europe Experience partnering closely with client-facing teams (e.g., P&L Leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Support) to translate stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high standard for data quality and the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and tradeoffs to diverse audiences Experience in automotive, mobility, or analytics-driven product environments preferred, including support for manufacturers, dealers, or suppliers Hiring Manager says I'm looking for a proactive, data-driven product thinker who thrives in a cross-functional environment. Salary and Notes This position has a starting salary range of CAD 90K - 110K / USD 100K - 120K per year. The range reflects expectations at the time of posting. Pay within the range is determined by factors including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business needs, and geographic location.
