Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision. 50% 401(k) match up to 7%. Support store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred. Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems.
