Four Seasons - 200 International Drive - Responsibilities: Take guest in-room dining orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen; Answer the telephone with courteous, efficient etiquette to obtain required information for processing orders; Describe food and beverage menu items with vivid descriptions to guests; Communicate guest orders to the kitchen via the hotels POS system and coordinate delivery to guestrooms by Room Service Servers; Ensure accurate closing of guest checks and record guest charges and gratuities
