Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand growth and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaigns, creating marketing strategies, performing market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and staying updated on industry trends. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Zeeland, MI, with opportunities for partial remote work. Qualifications Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research experience Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Content Creation skills Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation abilities Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and CRM experience Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing software Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the building products or similar industry Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
