As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.76 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Pre-Employment Requirement Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123) What You\'ll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access control procedures, and reporting of unusual activity to appropriate site personnel. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
