Contracts Manager

Overview Our client is seeking a Temporary Contracts Specialist to support a high-volume procurement contracting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing contracts from intake through execution, and supporting day-to-day contracting operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities Review, draft, and process a high volume of procurement agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Order Forms, and SaaS agreements Coordinate contract reviews and redlines with internal business partners and third-party vendors Draft order forms, amendments, and other standard contract documents using approved templates Identify and escalate contractual risks or non-standard terms as needed Manage contract execution, routing for signatures, and repository maintenance Partner with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure timely contract completion Support contract lifecycle management and maintain accurate contract records Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting commercial or procurement contracts in a corporate legal, procurement, or contracts environment Experience reviewing and processing agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and related commercial contracts Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems (Ironclad, Coupa, Ariba, Agiloft, DocuSign, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and outside vendors Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour Duration: 6 months+ Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
