Job Summary

FRSTeam of Middle Tennessee is seeking an organized, dependable office administrative assistant to support our daily office operations. We help families recover after fire, smoke, and water damage by restoring their textiles, electronics, and household contents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple priorities while providing compassionate customer service during stressful situations. Responsibilities

Prepare invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments

Assist with estimates, data entry, and job documentation

Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and vendors

Maintain accurate customer files and job records

Assist with scheduling and coordinating services

Support human resources paperwork, employee onboarding, and recordkeeping

Create and schedule social media posts and marketing email campaigns

Answer calls, manage correspondence, and assist with daily administrative tasks

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Friendly, patient approach to customer service

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets and learning new software

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through with minimal supervision

Previous office administration, billing, or accounts receivable experience preferred

Restoration industry or Xactimate experience is a plus

Pay

Compensation based on experience.
