About the Role Allen Industries is hiring an Talent Acquisition Coordinator to recruit for a wide variety of positions, from skilled trades and manufacturing professionals to corporate and leadership roles. You'll work directly with decision-makers, influence hiring strategies, and play a critical role in building the teams that drive our company's success. What You’ll Do Recruit for everything from skilled trades and manufacturing positions to professional and leadership roles Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and orientation activities Develop talent pipelines and promote the Allen Industries employment brand Create an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience that makes new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and engaged from day one Prepare offer packets, onboarding materials, and new hire documentation Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, E-Verify, and I-9 compliance Track recruiting metrics and help drive continuous improvement in our hiring processes What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition Experience with ADP Workforce Now Recruiting Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with leaders at all levels of the organization Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related experience Key Strengths Strong leadership and coaching ability Operational execution and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, supplemental STD, LTD and Life Insurance and a 401 (k) with company match.
