We're currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their team on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). This is a direct hire position offering competitive pay from $34 to $36 per hour, plus regular overtime opportunities. What You'll Do: In this hands-on role, you'll: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment Respond to urgent line calls and perform root cause analysis of equipment issues Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Install and support new equipment as operations evolve You'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly in a dynamic, production-driven environment.
