State Licensed Clinical Education Director

To support the Master of Physician Assistant Program, the full-time State Licensed Clinical Education Director will oversee the development, coordination, and evaluation of the clinical curriculum while working remotely and traveling to Ontario, CA five times a year for a week at a time. Key responsibilities Collaborate with program leadership to achieve a shared vision for clinical education Develop and maintain clinical sites and preceptors to meet accreditation standards Conduct clinical site visits and monitor student performance in Supervised Clinical Practice Experiences (SCPEs) Required qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in a PA program, medical school, or related field Master's degree in education or a related health- or social-science discipline Current NCCPA certification or eligibility to sit for the PANCE or PANRE State PA licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of campus location Demonstrated ability to develop clinical and didactic curriculum and program evaluation
