Marketing Project Manager

Role Objective:
We are looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and relentless Marketing Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team. Reporting directly to leadership, you will keep priorities crystal clear, projects moving effortlessly, and cross-functional teams held strictly accountable.

This role is for a natural systems builder who takes total ownership, obsessively manages details, and anticipates friction points long before they impact delivery. What You’ll Do:

• Operational Backbone: Serve as the central engine for marketing ops, maintaining project timelines, keeping priorities aligned, and holding stakeholders accountable to strict deadlines.
• Systems & Process Architecture: Build, document, and refine scalable workflows, team structures, and project management architectures from scratch.
• Proactive Oversight & Blocker Clearance: Identify potential bottlenecks early, set firm expectations across departments, and drive relentless follow-through without waiting for direction or management nudges.
• Project Tracking & Execution: Oversee creative, marketing, and cross-functional deliverables from initial brief to final asset deployment, ensuring zero details slip through the cracks.
• Tools & Platform Ownership: Build, structure, and maintain workspace architecture within project management suites (ClickUp, Notion, Asana) to streamline team communication and asset tracking.
• Leadership Alignment: Partner directly with marketing leadership to translate high-level strategy into structured, actionable project plans and clear daily workflows.
• Cross-Channel Project Management: Manage projects across email and SMS, retention and lifecycle marketing, e-commerce, and brand initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and handoffs to keep campaigns and launches on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Uncompromising Precision: Exceptional organizational habits, relentless follow-through, and a proactive mindset that creates clarity amidst rapid growth.
• Proven Systems Track Record: Demonstrated experience building operational frameworks, SOPs, and cross-functional team structures from scratch (with concrete examples of systems implemented).
• Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of project management software ( ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Slack ) and experience organizing complex asset libraries.
• Independent Accountability: Comfortable setting clear expectations, following up consistently across teams, and driving projects forward independently.
• Communication: Exceptional business communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage up and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
• Marketing Workflow Proficiency: Strong understanding of email and SMS campaign production, retention and lifecycle workflows, e-commerce updates, and brand creative development. Able to translate briefs into clear tasks, owners, deadlines, and approval processes across these functions.

Nice to Have

• Background in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or the Beauty / Wellness industry within a fast-paced marketing department.
• Experience working within a digital agency or high-growth DTC e-commerce environment.

WORKING HOURS: REMOTE-FIRST & ASYNCHRONOUS

Contract / Employment Details: Full-time remote position.

Async-First: We are a global, remote-first team. We require core daily working hour overlap with US EST to facilitate real-time Slack communication and project check-ins.

Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 annually , scaling dynamically based on relevant experience, project complexity, and demonstrated success building marketing systems and processes.
