Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols.
• Interpret results, confirm accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Diligently document all processes, guide new team members or students, and actively contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while complying with both regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within a year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout the tenure of employment.
