Full-Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on bookkeeper who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks Desktop. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, monthly close and assisting with basic project/job tracking. The ideal candidate would:

• Work independently
• Be a strong problem-solver
• Be comfortable reviewing and interpreting reports and identifying discrepancies
• Have experience with project/job-based accounting (QuickBooks Desktop version experience required)
