RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Registered Nurse (RN)An exciting opportunity is available in our cardiac cath lab, offering dynamic pre- and post-procedure care as well as PACU recovery. Our fast-paced environment focuses on the treatment of patients with vascular, electrical conduction, coronary diseases, and structural heart diagnoses.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care and procedural support in acute and non-acute situations.Assist in the treatment of patients undergoing cardiac-related procedures.Engage in patient recovery processes within the PACU setting.ScheduleThis position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, structured as four 10-hour shifts with day and night rotation, plus occasional weekends based on unit needs.QualificationsValid RN License (New York License ONLY).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.Recent CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU experience is required.Cath lab experience is preferred.Telemetry experience required.Behavior CharacteristicsThe ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
