Job OverviewA law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join the loan servicing and asset management team within the Real Estate Finance group in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, law firm or clerking experience, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills.DutiesManage loan servicing consent transactions and loan modifications.Handle loan sales and other asset management matters.Collaborate with team members to support national practice growth.Navigate complex real estate finance subject matter effectively.Requirements3+ years of broad real estate finance experience.Exposure to CMBS, CRE CLOs, and other securitized products preferred.Ambition, drive, and team-orientation.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.CertificationsActive bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.SkillsStrong research and writing abilities.Excellent communication skills.BenefitsMedical insurance.Dental insurance.Life insurance.Disability insurance.Voluntary insurance including vision.401(k) plan.Paid time off. #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
