Real Estate Associate

A top 75 AM Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4–7 years of experience to join its rapidly expanding Los Angeles office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and highly collaborative real estate practice, advising on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters. The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s Hospitality team, providing exposure to high-profile projects and clients across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy taking ownership of matters within an energetic and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including: Acquisitions and dispositions; Leasing matters; Real estate development projects; Construction matters & Real estate finance transactions
• Support and manage complex real estate deals from inception through closing
• Work closely with the firm’s Hospitality practice on industry-specific matters
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and development agreements
• Maintain direct interaction with clients and assist with strategic transaction management
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on sophisticated matters

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, and development matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Comfortable with direct client interaction and leading matters
• Strong academic and professional credentials required
• Experience in a large law firm environment preferred
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
