Office and operations coordinator

$22 - $25 per hour

Are you looking for a new and exciting position? Are you an organized person with great communications skills? If so, we have a great opportunity for you in Johns Creek, Georgia!! The Office and Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping our facility running smoothly. This position bridges the gap between administrative organization and floor operations. You will be responsible for maintaining essential office paperwork, managing day-to-day communication, administering employee attendance/time tracking, and ensuring a safe, productive environment through daily production floor walks.


salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Administrative & Communication Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming communications; answer multi-line phones and promptly return voicemails.
  • Monitor, organize, and distribute incoming correspondence via the main office inbox.
  • Maintain, organize, and update digital and physical office paperwork, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Schedule and proctor Assessments/testing for new talent
Timekeeping & Attendance Tracking

  • Monitor and maintain the employee time clock system, ensuring accurate logs for payroll processing.
  • Record and track daily employee attendance, noting tardiness, absences, and leaves.
  • Administer and document personnel actions regarding attendance, including issuing warnings, conduct reviews, and related paperwork.
Talent Onboarding & HR Support

  • Track and facilitate the onboarding process for new talent, ensuring all required paperwork, background checks, and orientation steps are completed.
  • Act as a welcoming point of contact for new hires during their first week.
Floor Operations & Safety

  • Conduct regular daily floor walks to maintain visibility, support staff, and ensure operations are running smoothly.
  • Perform routine safety walks on the production floor to identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
