Position Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality. Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs. Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce or mitigate them. Conducts staffing and cost analyses. Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation. Represents manufacturing on production related issues. Establishes and maintains production schedules. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. 1+ years of experience leading teams. 1+ year of hands‑on experience building wiring harnesses. Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in the aerospace industry. Proficiency with PC applications, especially Excel. Excellent written and verbal communications. Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI). Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000. Millennium is DDTC‑registered, ITAR‑compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance.
