Responsibilities Deal Craps, Pitch Black‑Jack and additional Table Games such as Roulette, Pai‑Gow and Three‑Card Poker. Baccarat is also a plus! Be a reliable team member and show up to assigned shifts. Accept coaching in a positive manner. Promote the Club Paradise Card to new guests. Engage effectively with all business contacts, demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills. Complete other assignments as assigned by management. Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; talk, and hear during the performance of duties. Meet required vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Hold a valid Nevada Gaming Control Card. Be able to consistently perform the five minimum interactive standards. Deal a neat, clean, and efficient game. Possess excellent guest‑service skills and a professional demeanor. Adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
