Attribution & Measurement Engineer

You are the person who makes sure Growth OS tells the truth. Multi-touch attribution models, incrementality testing, media mix modelling, and payback analysis. You build and maintain server-side tracking, first-party data architecture, and privacy-compliant measurement infrastructure. You are the architect of the measurement spine that quantifies the real impact of every dollar spent. What you'll operate: Multi-touch attribution model design and implementation Incrementality testing and media mix modelling Server-side tracking and first-party data architecture Privacy-compliant measurement infrastructure (GDPR, CCPA) What the system requires: 4+ years in attribution, measurement, or marketing analytics Deep experience with MMM, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution methodologies Hands-on server-side tracking and first-party data implementation You build measurement systems, not just reports.
