Inside Sales Specialist
Guardian Tax is looking for ambitious, results-driven Inside Sales Specialists to join our growing Chandler team. If you are competitive, goal-oriented, and enjoy helping people find solutions to challenging situations, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will connect with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your role will be to listen, understand their unique circumstances, educate them on available options, and help guide them toward the right solution.
You'll be part of a high-energy sales environment where your success is supported through proven processes, ongoing coaching, and a team focused on helping you reach your goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- 15% commission on all closed deals
- 100% warm inbound leads no cold calling

What You'll Do
- Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client needs
- Explain available solutions and services clearly and confidently
- Handle objections and confidently close deals
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals

Schedule
In-office position
Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM One half-day Saturday per month
