The Executive Director will partner with a committed Board and a talented team of staff members to build a strong funding base, expand access to Cooper House's services, and increase visibility for a model of care that truly changes lives. You will be the public face of the organization, building relationships with funders, community partners, and early childhood advocates across the region.
