Loan Officer
West Capital Lending
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid / remote position , with a primary focus on serving clients in California . The ideal candidate is self-driven, knowledgeable in residential lending, and comfortable managing the loan process from application through closing in a virtual environment Key Responsibilities esOriginate residential mortgage loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM produc tsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partne rsGuide borrowers through the loan application process and provide clear, timely communicati onAnalyze borrower financials to recommend appropriate loan produc tsEnsure all loan files meet federal, state, and investor compliance requiremen tsCollaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth and timely closin gsStay up to date on lending guidelines, market trends, and interest rate chang Qualificati onsActi ve Loan Originator lice nse (NMLS) requi red+1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage Loan Originator prefer red Strong knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guideli nesExcellent communication, sales, and relationship-building ski llsAbility to work independently in a remote environm entProficient with loan origination systems and digital documentation to What We O fferCompetitive commission structure with high earning poten tialAccess to a wide range of loan products and competitive r atesMarketing and operational sup portFlexible schedule with autonomy over your pipe lineGrowth opportunities within a scaling organiza #J-18808-Ljbffr West Capital Lending
