• Preparing pizzas, wings, salads, and other menu items according to Pepperoni’s standards.
• Reading tickets and making sure every order is prepared correctly.
• Maintaining proper portions and food quality.
• Keeping the line, prep areas, equipment, and workstations clean and sanitized.
• Restocking ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Following food-safety and temperature-control procedures.
• Working efficiently with cashiers, kitchen staff, and delivery drivers during busy periods.
• Helping with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and putting food away properly.
• Being dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of the team.
• Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Take dine-in, carryout, phone, and online orders accurately.
• Enter all orders correctly into the POS system.
• Handle cash and credit/debit transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Repeat orders back to customers to prevent mistakes.
• Answer the phone professionally and assist customers with menu questions.
• Keep the front counter, lobby, drink station, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Check completed orders before handing them to customers to ensure accuracy.
• Restock front-counter supplies, boxes, napkins, cups, condiments, and other items as needed.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and delivery drivers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management when assistance is needed.
• Complete assigned opening, shift, and closing duties.
• Be punctual, dependable, professional, and ready to work as a team.
