In-Home Family-Centered Therapist: Make Real Impact
HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC
Health Connect America is hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Therapist in Georgia. You will provide intensive, in-home clinical services to children, adolescents, and families, delivering structured, phase-based treatment with fidelity to the FCT model. This highly flexible, community-based role requires regular home visits, coordination with schools and other agencies, and on-call availability. A Master’s degree in social work or counseling is required, and current FCT certification is #J-18808-Ljbffr HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC
