Program Analyst

The Program Analyst will perform the following duties as assigned:

1. Advise and analyze data for various programs involving resourcing, provider mapping, access, etc.
2. Interpret administrative policies, develop recommendations, define administrative requirements.
3. Recommend resources that may be required to support varied service programs based on data analytics.
4. Advise Management.
5. Participate in meetings, conferences, and calls with management.
6. Identify problems that involve new or revised policies or procedures and brings them to the attention of senior management for appropriate action.
7. Performs staff work in short and long-term planning efforts.
8. Develops and coordinates internal review systems to assure that both clinical and administrative activities are in compliance with agency and accrediting and regulatory requirements and expectations.
9. Compiles reports and create dashboards.
10. Analyze utilization and process improvement across the health care system.
11. Perform data management duties.
12. Performs ADPAC related duties.

Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.

Work Schedule: 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.
