This position oversees employee relations, benefits administration, policy compliance, onboarding, performance management, and HR initiatives that support business objectives. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day employee support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Experience with employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Manufacturing experience preferred Primary Responsibilities Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and retirement plans #J-18808-Ljbffr
