The Opportunity We're seeking a high-performing General Manager who leads with extreme ownership and treats the studio as if it's their own. You'll be responsible for driving revenue, developing people, delivering an outstanding member experience, and creating a culture of accountability. What You'll Own Revenue Growth Drive monthly sales goals through memberships, retail, private training, and specialty programs. Coach and develop the sales team to consistently convert leads into long-term members. Monitor KPIs daily and adjust strategies to exceed studio goals. Own member retention through exceptional service and relationship building. Leadership Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and urgency. Create a positive, high-performance culture where expectations are clear and results matter. Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews. Operations Oversee all daily studio operations. Manage scheduling, payroll support, inventory, retail merchandising, and vendor relationships. Maintain accurate reporting through ClubReady and other business systems. Ensure the studio consistently delivers a clean, organized, premium environment. Community & Marketing Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Execute grassroots marketing initiatives and networking events. Partner with the marketing team to generate quality leads. Represent Club Pilates professionally throughout the community. Preferred Experience 3+ years of management experience leading teams 3+ years of consultative or retail sales experience Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance Retail, fitness, hospitality, membership, luxury service, or multi-unit experience preferred Experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees Comfortable using CRM and business reporting software Strong communication and organizational skills Pilates or fitness industry experience is a plus, but it is not required.
