Business Development Associate

We're about 40 people: senior US strategy paired with an incredible production team in Buenos Aires. We're doing some of the best work of our careers, we're growing fast, and there's a good chance the company will be acquired in the next five years. We'd love for you to help us get there, and to be right there with us when it happens. We're fully remote, but we're not strangers. There's a lot of camaraderie here, and once a year the whole team gets together somewhere in the world. Last year was Peru, and this year is Panama. We work hard and have fun doing it. We're also very transparent: we share the financials, we share the creative tools, and any idea is a good idea. The role You'll start in business development, working directly with and supported by our co-founder. This isn't a cold-calling job. Mostly you'll help us engage people at conferences: prepping for the conference, following up with folks, keeping everything organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We have tools and processes that make this easy. What we need is a smart, passionate person to get it done, and to use their initiative when they spot a better way. At first, the job is mostly about taking direction and being really detail oriented. That's how you learn how a creative agency actually grows. Where it goes This is the part we're most excited about. The path goes from biz dev to project manager, then producer, then project director. For the right person, that can happen fast. Compensation: this depends on where you are in the Americas, but this is a PAID role.
