Human Resources Coordinator Bilingual

We are seeking a hands-on, HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our client's team in Norcross, GA and support a workforce of 110–130 employees. Working directly alongside HR leadership, this role heavily focuses on weekly/biweekly payroll processing, full-cycle recruiting, and seamless new-hire onboarding. We are looking for an employee-centric professional with a background in warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environments who is comfortable being visible on the floor—conducting site visits, distributing uniforms, and promoting workplace safety awareness. Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting jobs, attending job fairs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and tracking recruitment metrics
• HRIS & Records Management: Maintain digital and physical personnel files and update status changes in the HRIS.
• Payroll & Benefits: Process weekly and biweekly payroll for exempt, nonexempt, contract, and temporary employees
• Employee Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employee and applicant inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and hiring processes
• Field & Workforce Operations: Serve as the direct liaison between staffing resources and end-user managers; handle uniform distribution and perform routine site visits.
• Safety Awareness: Understand safety protocols and maintain a visible safety-first presence during field and facility visits.
• Experience: 3+ years in HR, staffing, recruiting, or payroll administration within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, discretion with confidential information, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability
