Job Title: Home Care Scheduling Coordinator (3 Openings – Immediate Need) Location: Brooklyn, NY Pay Rate: $24.00–$26.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Contract Duration: Immediate Start through September 30, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking 3 experienced Home Care Scheduling Coordinators to join a busy home care team in Brooklyn for an immediate contract opportunity. This is an urgent hiring need with full-time hours available through September 30, 2026. The ideal candidate will have prior home care scheduling experience and be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Aide (PCA) visits for an assigned patient caseload Match patient needs with caregiver skills, availability, and language preferences Manage same-day callouts and last-minute scheduling changes Ensure all patient visits are properly staffed and covered Maintain accurate scheduling records in HHA Exchange Communicate with caregivers, patients, and internal staff regarding schedule updates Resolve scheduling conflicts and staffing shortages in a timely manner Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of home care scheduling or coordination experience Experience using HHA Exchange required or strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Bilingual skills preferred (any language) Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Apply Today Immediate interviews available.
