Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients.

• Conducting thorough assessments and offering counseling to families and children who meet medical necessity criteria.

• Designing and facilitating psycho-educational groups such as parenting classes and other workshops based on client and community needs.

• Completing all required client case documentation, program forms, and statistical data accurately and in a timely manner.

• Insuring all necessary charting and reporting is undertaken to meet the requirements of the assigned clientele, contributing to improved treatment outcomes.

• Meeting contractual obligations by documenting and billing a predetermined number of reimbursable hours to maintain clinic sustainability and support our mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a variety of patient populations, including children and their families, as well as adult clients facing diverse challenges. You will bring your compassionate approach to therapy, creating safe spaces where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, learn coping strategies, and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A current, valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in clinical settings, demonstrating expertise in family dynamics and mental health interventions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset, capable of taking initiative with documentation, billing, and case management tasks.

Preferred Experience\n
