Electrophysiology APP Opportunity

Facility: Flagstaff Medical Center

Specialty: Electrophysiology

APP Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: ongoing

Shift Details: clinic only, 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch

Schedule: 3-4 weeks per month

Work Details:

Support Staff: EP physician

Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 3-4 weeks per month

Patients per day: 14

Patient Population/Age: adult

Department Description: Very busy department needing someone to see follow-ups, post-ops, post-device checks, same day appointments and procedure follow-ups and get us caught up on our backlog of patients

EMR: Cerner

Skills Required: Ample experience with electrophysiology

Practice Setting:

Clinic Requirements:

Board Certification: NP or PA cert required

License Required: active AZ preferred, will look at licensing

DEA: required

Minimum Experience Required: 1 year working in EP

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
