WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll meet with clients, present tailored roofing, siding, and window solutions - with the ability to add on soffit, fascia, and gutters - guiding them confidently from first conversation to signed deal. As the face of that relationship, you'll keep clients confident every step of the way. To maximize your earning potential, you'll be available to meet with clients during evenings and weekends.

COMPENSATION

First-year earning potential: $150,000+ for reps who consistently close

This is not a 1099 role! You are not on an island, fishing for your own leads and using your own vehicle with no support! 

You are a valued team member with marketing support, coaching, training, and a leader that has developed six-figure earners and next generation leaders. 

• This is a W-2 position with paid, structured training to start - plus commissions earned during your training period! 
• Once training is complete: straight commission at 8%, uncapped — and because roofing and exterior jobs are major home investments, each signed deal carries real earning weight.
• Top performers earn well into six figures, year over year

You're the kind of person people naturally trust. You're sharp, personable, and genuinely enjoy helping customers make confident decisions. You know how to read a room, ask the right questions, and guide conversations without being pushy.

When you say you'll do something, you follow through. You take pride in your work, communicate well, and hold yourself to a high standard. Most importantly, you believe your effort and results should be rewarded, and you're motivated by opportunities where your income reflects your performance.

No construction background required. A drive to succeed and close deals is.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven ability to build rapport and consistently close sales. Top performers in this role strive to close 50%+ of qualified appointments.

- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. You show up prepared, manage your schedule effectively, and can be trusted to work independently.

- Sales or client-facing experience preferred. Roofing or construction experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training.

- Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure where your earnings reflect your results.

- Competitive, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Comfortable working at heights and able to safely access residential roofs as part of inspections and customer consultations.

- Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ pounds, including extension ladders and other equipment required for the job.

- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the day.
