Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Salesperson role is based in the Beaumont‑Port Arthur Area. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, understand their wireless and telecommunications needs, and recommend suitable products, plans, and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting in‑person consultations, presenting product features and benefits, handling inquiries, and processing new activations, upgrades, and account changes. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up with prospects, and building long‑term customer relationships that align with Clarity Wireless values. The Salesperson will collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to meet or exceed sales targets while helping ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and professional customer environment. Qualifications Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly. Sales, negotiation, and upselling skills, including experience working toward individual or team sales targets. Basic knowledge of wireless devices, mobile plans, and telecommunications services, or a demonstrated ability to learn technical information quickly. Solid organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks efficiently. Comfort using point‑of‑sale systems, customer account tools, and standard office software. Ability to work on‑site in the Beaumont‑Port Arthur Area, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Professional, respectful approach to working with customers and coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
