We are currently looking for Full Time 1st shift (6a-6p) Active RN/LPN's licensed in the State of Iowa who are caring, compassionate, professionals with a passion for taking care of the elderly to become a part of our team.Responsibilities:Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facilityEvaluation of resident needs, conditions, and care, and assist in developing nursing care plans for individual residents, including rehabilitative and restorative activities and instruction in self-helpMaintain a productive working relationship with other department supervisors and coordinate Nursing services to ensure that daily Nursing services can be performed without interruptionProvide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shiftReceive/give the nursing report to/from your Charge Nurse colleague upon reporting in and ending shift duty hoursImplement and maintain established nursing objectives and standardsRequest and arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents, as ordered by the physician and in accordance with our established proceduresRequirements/Qualifications:Active unincumbered license RN or LPN license in the state of IowaCPR certificationAdult AbuseBenefits/Perks:MedicalDentalVisionLocation:Bettendorf, IA
