You will also have access to an outpatient office location for in-person meetings when necessary, fostering client relationships in a safe and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with colleagues and local community agencies to ensure effective implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Engage in psychotherapy sessions and case management activities as part of interdisciplinary treatment teams, providing a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Educate clients, families, and community stakeholders on the social and emotional factors associated with mental health issues, conducting informative sessions as needed.

• Stay informed about innovative techniques and approaches in emotional and environmental therapy, evaluating them for potential incorporation into practice.

• Facilitate appropriate referrals to community resources and agencies, supporting our clients’ access to additional services that enhance their treatment.

• Document therapeutic sessions and related paperwork promptly and accurately to maintain compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Participate in and facilitate group therapy sessions when necessary, enhancing therapeutic outcomes through shared experiences and support.

• Participate actively in the evaluation of client needs and the continual development of tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year for this full-time position.
